Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tarunow.com website (the "Site"), operated by MTD Technology Company Limited ("we," "us," or "Tarunow"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Our mobile applications and games are governed by their own terms, linked from each product's page — for example Cardia's Terms of Service and Saya's Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product's own terms, the product's terms prevail for that product.

The Site is a company website: it presents our studio, our apps and games, playable web demos, and legal documents. You may use it for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or non-public areas
• Interfere with the Site's operation (including denial-of-service, scraping at abusive volume, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization)
• Use the Site to distribute malware or unlawful content
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Tarunow

3. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, the Tarunow name and mark, game builds, artwork, and code — are owned by MTD Technology Company Limited or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for personal use. No other rights are granted; you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-party names and marks that appear on the Site (for example app-store badges) belong to their respective owners.

4. Web demos and games

Playable demos and web games on the Site are provided for entertainment, "as is." They may be changed or removed at any time, may not save progress, and may not work on every device or browser.

The Site links to third-party services — for example Google Play listings and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTD Technology Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: the Site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
