About us
MTD Technology is a mobile app publisher (Android & iOS) for global markets, growing our user base through paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
What you'll do
- Help run mobile-app ad campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads: set up campaigns, set budgets, and monitor delivery daily.
- Track and report performance metrics — Spend, Installs, CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention — through our internal dashboard and the ad platforms.
- Prepare and test creatives (video/image ads): write briefs, coordinate production, run A/B tests, and summarize winning vs. losing creatives.
- Support ASO (app store optimization): titles, descriptions, screenshots, and monitoring user reviews.
- Test apps before release; log bugs and user-experience feedback.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude…) in your daily work — with structured guidance on how to work with AI.
Requirements
- 3rd-year, final-year student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Economics, IT, or a related field — no experience required; we train from scratch.
- Strong with numbers: comfortable working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
- Able to read English (all ad-platform docs and interfaces are in English).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and careful with numbers.
Nice to have (optional)
- Have tried running Meta Ads / TikTok Ads (even for a personal project or online store).
- Familiar with CPI, ROAS, LTV concepts / have heard of Adjust or AppsFlyer.
- Can edit short videos (CapCut, Premiere) or do basic design (Canva, Figma).
- Fluent with AI tools to speed up your work.
