Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MTD Technology Company Limited ("we," "us," or "Tarunow") handles information on the tarunow.com website and, at a general level, across the mobile applications and games we publish.

Each of our apps has its own dedicated privacy policy that describes exactly what that app collects. This page covers the website you are reading now and our studio-wide practices.

1. Who we are

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we act as the data controller for the limited personal data we process, and for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) we act as the business that determines how data is handled.

2. Data we collect on this website

Almost none. The tarunow.com website:

• Sets no cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
• Runs no analytics scripts — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no session recording.
• Has no account system and no forms that collect personal data.

Two categories of processing happen at the infrastructure level:

• Hosting logs — our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., generates standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are retained briefly and are not used by us to identify visitors.
• Web fonts — pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's servers receive your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the font files, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Our apps and games

We publish free, ad-supported mobile apps and games. Each product has its own privacy policy describing precisely what it collects and why:

Across our apps, the third-party services we work with typically include:

• Google AdMob — serves the ads that keep our apps free (privacy policy)
• Google Firebase — app analytics and crash reporting (privacy notice)
• Adjust — install attribution, so we know which of our ads led to an install (privacy policy)

The exact list for each app is stated in that app's own policy.

4. Advertising

We promote our apps through advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok for Business. When you see one of our ads on those platforms, any data involved is processed by the platform under its own privacy policy and your settings on that platform — we only receive aggregated, non-identifying campaign statistics (for example: how many people installed an app after seeing an ad in a given country).

5. How long we keep data

The website itself gives us nothing to keep. Emails you send to admin@tarunow.com are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for our legitimate record-keeping, after which they are deleted. App data retention is described in each app's policy.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (EU/UK/EEA), the CCPA/CPRA (California), and India's DPDP Act 2023 — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email admin@tarunow.com. We respond to all formal requests within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

7. Children

The tarunow.com website is a general-audience company site and does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. Age requirements for individual apps are stated in each app's own policy.

8. Security

All traffic to tarunow.com is served over HTTPS/TLS. Because the website collects essentially no personal data, the attack surface is intentionally minimal. Security practices for our apps are described in each app's policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes to how a specific app handles data are announced in that app and reflected in its own policy.
